The Challenge
Smallholder oil palm farmers struggled with long waiting periods (3 to 5 years) before oil palm plantations reached commercial maturity, resulting in seasonal cash flow gaps.
ARATC's Response
ARATC provided additional livelihood training and support in piggery, beekeeping, poultry production, and soap making to improve their quality of life before attaining commercial yields.
