The Challenge
Retiring military personnel required practical agricultural skills and psychosocial transition support to smoothly integrate into civilian socio-economic life.
ARATC's Response
ARATC provided livelihood support interventions, psychosocial counselling, and employable skills training to prepare 1,200 personnel in snail farming, poultry, vegetable, and mushroom farming.
